What happens when my subscription expires?
Any paid subscriptions that have expired will automatically fallback to our free subscription so that there are no disruptions of our service in your website. You can then always upgrade to a paid subscription at any point of time in the future.
Are future updates free?
FreiChat is always automatically updated to the latest stable version. So you never have to worry about keeping track of any updates or migrations. Everything is handled by us for you.
What is your refund policy?
We can only provide refunds in the case that FreiChat cannot be properly installed on your server. This means that both you and our staff are unable to install FreiChat.
Can I upgrade my subscription at a later stage?
Yes, you can always upgrade by paying the difference.
